This quiche Asparagus and bacon is rich and different. Quiche is a French savory cake that is becoming more fashionable every day. It is a very versatile dish since it allows different combinations of fillings. In addition, it can be eaten hot or cold.

- 1 sheet of shortbread dough or shortbread
- 200 gr. smoked bacon
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml. cream (or cream) liquid

- 200 gr. grated Parmesan or Emmental cheese
